Gold Coast community groups are invited to hire some 49图库 facilities outside of school hours.
The 鈥楪eneral Conditions of Hire鈥� is a legal document which is provided to the nominated hirer for all facilities prior to the booking date.
2.0 Bookings
Bookings for rooms/halls are processed by the Events & Marketing Team at 49图库. To be considered for a booking delegates must complete the application form at the bottom of the page.
2.1 Hours of Use
Venue hire is available throughout the year with the exception of the following days:
- New Years Day 1 January
- Australia Day 26 January
- Good Friday dates vary
- Easter Saturday dates vary
- Easter Sunday dates vary
- Easter Monday dates vary
- ANZAC Day 25 April
- Christmas Day 25 December
- Boxing Day 26 December
Booking times must be strictly adhered to. All music and noise making activities are to cease by 9pm. Additional costs may be incurred if booking times need to be extended.
Hirers Use
The use of any 49图库 venues must be declared for any of the following uses:
a) 18+ activities
b) Adult themes
c) Drug references
d) Nudity
e) Smoking on stage
f) Sexual references
g) Sound Pressure Effects (loud noises)
h) Strobe Lighting Effects
i) Pyrotechnics
j) Violence
k) Religious meetings/events
l) Political meetings/events
Venues available for hire
Recital Hall
The Recital Hall located behind the College carpark comes equipped with stage, sound and lighting.
College Sporting Ovals
Our sporting ovals including a volleyball arena, football oval & cricket pitch come with a large grandstand.
Multipurpose Sports Hall
Our indoor sports stadium with air conditioned gymnasium hosts two basketball courts.
Classrooms
Specific classrooms are available for hire.
How to book a venue
Please complete the steps to register your expressions of interest in hiring a venue within 49图库.
a) Complete the booking enquiry form (below).
b) Provide 49图库 with a current copy of Public Liability to the value of $20M.
c) Return the signed licensed agreement form.
d) Attend an onsite induction.
